At WowIQ, we keep things simple: shop with confidence, return with zero stress. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — fast.


1. Our 30-Day Return Promise

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
No hassle. No extra fees. Returns are free.

To qualify, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused / unworn

  • With tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


2. How to Start a Return (It’s Easy)

Just email us at support@wowiq.eu.

Once we approve your return, we’ll send you:

  1. A free prepaid return shipping label

  2. Simple step-by-step instructions

  3. The return address automatically included on the label (no guessing)

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted, so always start with the email.

3. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

If something arrives:

  • Broken

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us immediately at support@wowiq.eu with photos.
We’ll fix it fast — replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.


4. Items We Can’t Accept

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items (beauty, hygiene)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

We also cannot accept:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

Want something else instead?

  1. Start a return at support@wowiq.eu

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.


6. EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off

If your order ships into the European Union, you have a legal right to:

  • Cancel or return your order within 14 days, no reason required.

The item must still be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With tags

  • In the same condition received

  • With proof of purchase


7. Fast Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll approve the refund and:

  • Process it within 5–10 business days

  • Send it back to your original payment method

Your bank or card provider may need extra time to finalize the posting.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email us at support@.wowiq.eu and we’ll resolve it immediately.
